Peony

Peony is one of the two youngest members of our flock. She came to the Farm with her FOO (Farm of Origin) mate, Poppy, and they remain inseparable little buddies. They are an adorable diminutive team – we are confident that they’ll be friends for life. Peony is a medley of joie de vivre, energy, and outsized confidence wrapped up in a little bundle – with matchstick legs. She has found a unique solution to being pushed aside by bigger sheep who insist on priority feeding spots: she jumps onto the middle of the manger, and dines out of their reach. She’s discovered that it also makes a very comfortable bed, lending new meaning to the term “bed and breakfast.”

We have seen photos online and note a strong resemblance to “Baby Yoda” in the Star Wars related TV series The Mandalorian. If “Baby Yoda” were a sheep… Peony uses the Force for good, radiating joy and sweetness to capture your heart. She has prominent, almond shaped eyes. Her face is brown with a light colored patch at the center of her forehead, and her sharply pointed ears are brown on the outside with light linings. Her body is a soft creamy beige with a texture that feels “like buttah.”
